Exam Preparation talk

Exams often are anxiety provoking; the first exam of a course even more so, as students do not know exactly what to expect.

The fact that the school calendar was suspended in 2020 after the global outbreak of COVID-19 has made this even more nerve-wrecking because students stayed home for a very long time.

However, irrespective of the situation, the exam season does not have to invoke the extreme emotions that it does.

Join us on 25th of March, 2021 as Hellen Nyakundi, a licensed Counseling Psychologist, shares strategies that will calm you down and allow you to be the best you can be.

Remember in your class there will be an artist who does not need to understand maths, an entrepreneur who doesn’t care about history or English literature, a musician whose marks for Chemistry won’t matter, a or sports person whose physical fitness is more important than their grades in physics.

This is a free event for all candidates who are available to attend.
